Our client, a renowned family-run catering wholesaler, In expectation of a very busy Summer, are seeking diligent and motivated individuals to join their team as Night Shift Warehouse Operative.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking and packing food items to fulfil customer orders
- Ensuring the quality and safety of packed orders
- Loading orders onto refrigerated vans
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Adhering to health and safety protocols and food hygiene standards
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, but not essential
- Strong numeracy and organisational skills
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling and lifting heavy items
- A commitment to delivering accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards is desirable
- Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Hours:
The work pattern consists of 5 out of 6 nights, Sunday to Friday, with days off allocated on a rolling rota except for Fridays. There are 2 shift options: 7pm until finish (anything from 2am to 6am), or 10pm until 5am, roughly.
Rate: £12.75, plus extra 25% for OT after 40 hrs
