Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic IFA -not for profit
salary up to £43,316 per annum, depending on experience
NonStop Care is working with a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the Essex area, in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
They are a charity with an excellent reputation, so you will be part of a very nice working environment. They are using a therapeutic approach and they provide a lot of therapeutic training.
They also have a very good learning and development programme that will allow you to develop your skills, learn new things and progress into a management role. Most of their managers are people that got promoted from within.
The team is very stable also. People stay with them for a long time as they are supported and treated well. This means you will be part of a working environment where you can make a difference, where you are treated with respect and where your workload won't fluctuate.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee between 10 - 12 foster families located around the Essex area, mainly around Southend, Harlow, Hornchurch, Chelmsford, Billericay, Brentwood, Clacton and Frinton on Sea. Most of their current families have long term stable placements.
They offer hybrid working, so you will only need to go to their office for team meetings and trainings.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
