As an Early Years Phase Lead, you will...
- Hold QTS
- Have experience in both nursery and reception age groups
- Articulate high quality in EYFS educational provision, the characteristics of effective Early Years settings, and strategies for raising standards and outcomes for EYFS children
- Be committed to developing pupils' spiritual, moral, social and cultural development
- Be able to present a coherent and accurate account of the children's performance and other Early Years self-evaluation evidence to a range of audiences, including Governors, the Local Authority, the Local Community and Ofsted
