Production Team Leader
We are seeking a Production Team Leader with a passion for manufacturing and production to guide and motivate our production team towards achieving excellence. As a leader at the forefront of innovation in the manufacturing sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality and efficiency within our dynamic team.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of production workers to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines efficiently.
- Ensure all products meet high-quality standards and customer specifications through diligent monitoring and quality control measures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resources.
- Conduct training sessions to develop team skills, ensure safety protocol compliance, and promote continuous learning.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct regular safety inspections, and promptly address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate production records, prepare reports, and communicate performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
