We are seeking an Admin Asssistant to join a family run business in the local area who are expanding due to continued growth in the market. This is an exciting opportunity to join this fast-growing company who have recently moved into a new open plan office with free-onsite parking.
You will be working in the Customer Service team, assisting with the day-to-day admin tasks within the office. Responsibilities will include;
- First point of contact for new and existing customer calling and emailing into the company
- Loading jobs and allocating workload to the engineers
- To maintain our customer database with relevant contact information
- Raising invoices
- Processing of sales orders including ordering of required goods from suppliers
The ideal candidate will have 1 years experience in an office environment, however customer facing experience from a retail-based role will be considered. You will also need to be;
- self-motivated
- well organised
- able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- have a good understanding of the Office 365 package
- have a confident phone manner
Starting salary between £22,308 to £24,000 with clear progression for the right candidate, including company pension and free onsite parking. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
