We are seeking an ambitious and experienced QUALIFIED Senior Residential or Commercial Property Lawyer to join our law firm in Redditch. The individual must be highly motivated, committed to improving the customer experience and relish the opportunities this role will bring. The candidate for Residential must have at least 3 years Post qualification experience in residential conveyancing and ideally 5 years plus of overall residential conveyancing experience.
The role will include a variety of Residential Property from start to finish matters, including:
- Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build)
- Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership)
- Re-mortgaging
- Transfers of equity
- Equity release
- Right to buy
- Lease extensions

We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a minimum of 5 years PQE in conveyancing specifically
- Holds the relevant qualifications (SRA, CILEX, CLC etc)
- IT literate
- Is hungry for success
- Contributes to our family culture
- Delivers excellent customer service
The working week is 4 days a week, Monday to Friday with a day off during the week. Starting 8.30am til 5.30pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
