Sales Co-ordinator

An ambitious Sales Co-ordinator with strong customer service skills is required by this local organisation, you will be joining a hardworking team who really support each other.
Some of your duties will include:
- Liaising with customers over the telephone and by email and inputting orders onto the computer system
- Tracking progress of customer orders from instigation stage through to successful delivery stage
- Allocating stock to meet customer demands and forwarding on to the despatch team in the Warehouse
- Dealing with any order queries that occur and ensuring any issues are resolved in a friendly and timely manner
- Maintaining customer details on computer system and updating information held when necessary
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, receipts and delivery notes
