This forward-thinking, high growth business is seeking a Front-End Development Lead to join on a fully-remote basis. (Must be based in the UK)
Founded in late 2020, this start-up has seen rapid success given their unique offering to the application security market and have already achieved a company valuation of over £13 Million... with very strong projected YOY growth figures.
It's truly an excellent period to join this company in the midst of their aggressive expansion plans to dominate their segment of the security market.
Where would you come into this?
As a Front-End Developer, you will be instrumental to this start-up's success in creating a delightful User Experience for end-clients.
The key here is being part of a dynamic, fully remote team driving new & fresh ideas with UI/UX design to enhance the experience of their web application platform, resulting in the continued growth of their customer base and exceptional improvements for existing clientele.
Here, you would be working with big data sets/data visualisation and a highly engaged dashboard.
Tech Stack for this role:
- Angular
- Visualisation libraries (eCharts, D3) or alternatives
- State Management (Ngrx, Reactive store pattern, etc.)
- Cloud (AWS is a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Autonomous Task Execution: Independently handle assigned tasks and user stories.
- Collaborative Improvement: Actively contribute to team efforts to enhance development speed and efficiency.
- Solution-Oriented Approach: Propose functional and technical alternatives that align with project objectives.
- UX Problem-Solving: Identify and address usability issues, such as responsiveness.
- Iterative Design: Make layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adherence to Standards: Maintain consistency with established style guidelines for fonts, colors, and images.
Requirements:
- Proven Frontend Experience: Possess a track record of successful frontend web development projects.
- Demonstrable Portfolio: Showcase a portfolio of completed projects.
- Web Design Proficiency: Have a solid understanding of web design principles.
- Collaborative Mindset: Effectively work with various stakeholders.
- Time Management Expertise: Demonstrate exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Relevant Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred, not required).
- Tool Familiarity: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and GitHub Projects.
