Our client is a leader of modern building services design. The provide expertise in the design of new developments and refurbishments in all markets, including; e-commerce, commercial, industrial Warehouse &Logistics, residential, hotel, leisure, and mixed-use developments.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • The role will involve working on projects from 6 months to 2.5 years in length
  • Clients come from a wide variety of Industries- but there will be a focus on Warehouse and Logistecs design
  • The Senior Design Engineer will Lead Projects and delegate work accordingly
  • Designing solutions using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Working aklongside the Mechanical Design Engineers and Sustainability Engineers

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • 5 years experience of project design within electrical engineering
  • An understanding of integrated design in buildings
  • Experience of Project Management
  • Experience within a Senior Electrical Design role
  • Competency in specification writing, design/drawing for all building types
  • Understanding of sustainability and low energy buildings is a plus
  • Experience of designing warehouse and logistics building will be extremely advantageous
