Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing family run business, based in Lisburn Northern Ireland, looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover the North Ireland region, focusing on North Leinster, Connaught, and Ulster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Set and achieve sales targets, prioritize key customers, and close sales through telesales, face-to-face, and virtual meetings.
  • Customer Relations: Serve as the primary contact for key customers, ensuring prompt response to queries and resolution of complaints.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities, promoting the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Development: Contribute to the expansion of all sales channels, including online sales, and mentor sales and customer service teams.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance sales processes and standards to deliver exceptional service and sales experiences.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competition, creating strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Experience selling to the paint industry is desirable
