- Previous Management experience in a manufacturing facility of a large team.
- Use of IT systems including MS Office and some type of MRP/Production Planning package. Ideally MS Nav or Dynamics
- Experience of coaching and mentoring staff.
- Positive mindset
- Strategic, with ability to create a plan for production going forward.
- Approachable, easy to work with.
- KPI Setting and Reporting
