I am recruiting for a Deputy Manager for a small Elderly Residential home which is part of a not-for-profit organisation.
Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:
- Leadership and management of the team
- Regularly assess resident's needs and develop services to reflect this
- Create and develop care plans for residents
- Establish and maintain communication with clients, relatives, and staff
- Coordinate care in line with Best Practice Guidelines
- Ensuring medication is given in accordance with resident care plans
Deputy Manager Requirements:
- Have previous experience in a Elderly Care Home
- Good Care Planning skills
- Ability to implement changes.
- Ability to manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance
- Organisation skills
