Day-to-day of the role:
- Direct communication with clients to understand their needs and maintain strong relationships.
- Implement effective organisation and planning strategies using tools like Excel to manage projects efficiently.
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the project goals and deadlines.
- Oversee the service delivery, ensuring high-quality standards are met and signing off on completed work.
- Utilise your damp proofing expertise to guide the planning and execution of projects.
- Proactively engage in the planning process to prevent job backlog and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a damp proofing background.
- Proven track record of effective client communication and relationship management.
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency in planning tools such as Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Experience in overseeing service delivery and quality control.
