We are currently recruiting for a Fleet & Asset Administrator to join the team at a busy and expanding Engineering firm based in Sutton in Ashfield.
This is a Temporary Contract with an unknown/ongoing duration.
Pay & Job Details
- £12.50p/h
- Monday to Friday
- 39 hours paid per week
- 08.00am start 16.30 finish
- Early finish on Friday's
- Free onsite parking

The Role – Fleet & Asset Administrator
As a Fleet & Asset Administrator you will be responsible for administering the costs, acquisition, maintenance and disposal of the company's vehicle and IT/Digital assets.
Duties will include:
- Support Fleet users with breakdown, routings servicing/MOT's and hire provisions
- Administer the issuing of the mobiles, laptops, desktop computers etc
- Chase inspection sheets an follow up on reported defects
- Maintain fleet compliance
- Driving licence checks for new starters
- Keep fleet tracking software up to date with vehicle movements
- Update MID portal and other portals e.g. Dart Charge/TFL
- Capture Fleet data for carbon reporting
- Report on fleet costs

- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Confidence to reach out and ask about anything you don't know
Desirable:
- Previous Fleet or Vehicle Administration experience
