Remuneration: £34-37k with bonus, car & full benefits package

Are you a passionate sales professional with a drive to exceed targets? Our client, a leading gas industry organisation, is looking for a Cylinder Area Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to maximise sales and profitability in your area while working with a market leader in the gas industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop sales and profit in your area by converting leads generated by our telesales team and facilitating their transition to LPG.
Build strong relationships with developers and installers to generate further opportunities.
Effectively manage your sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
Secure new business by targeting identified installers, contractors, and leads provided by our internal sales team.
Deliver excellent customer service at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Produce key reports to analyse performance, identify market gaps, and drive strategic decision-making.
Sell to end users, primarily in the domestic sector.
Lead cross-functional internal teams to anticipate and deliver solutions that meet customers' requirements.
Cultivate and maintain internal and external relationships, engaging all stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Achieve set KPIs and sales targets, exceeding expectations whenever possible.
Capture and log customer information accurately to ensure data integrity.
Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline to drive continuous growth.
Provide weekly and monthly activity, sales, and retention reports to your line manager.
Optimise territory coverage by effectively managing your time.
Demonstrate a solution-based sales approach, uncovering potential new business and understanding customers' needs.
Showcase the features and benefits of our products to customers, delivering value and driving sales.
Work autonomously, demonstrating a high level of IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint.
Pay attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Understand financial data and propose financial solutions to customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in a solution-based sales environment.
Excellent questioning and listening skills.
Ability to work to set KPIs and targets, consistently achieving and exceeding them.
Experience in a professional customer-focused environment.
Strong IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint.
Autonomy and the ability to work independently.
Financial analysis skills to propose effective financial solutions.
