Are you an experienced and proactive Team PA & Receptionist looking for a new and exciting opportunity? We currently have a fantastic role in Birmingham City Centre within a buzzing and lively organisation within the creative sector. Working within this stylish and fast-paced office, you will be responsible for:
- Expert co-ordination of multiple meeting rooms and conferencing facilitieson a daily basis
- Provision of catering and equipment whilst ensuring the presentation of all rooms
- Professional management of phones and switchboard in order to transfer calls and relay messages in a professional and timely manner
- Meet and greet of all visitors catering to all needs and requirements in an immediate and efficient manner
- Full and varied support of the wider administrative team including the Office Manager
This is a full time, permanent opportunity suitable for someone who is comfortable and happy working in the office fully, Monday to Friday. You must have professional reception experience and pride yourself on providing a first class service in everything you do!
