Responsibilities
- Submit meter reads to suppliers
- Print invoices, confirm meter reads used and are accurate, along with contracted rates
- Submit to asset manager to confirm ok to pay
- Chase missing invoices
- Check payments from prior months have cleared
- Submit change of tenancy proforma and work until complete ensuring obtaining final invoice, billed to end read on relevant price plan.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in administration or a similar role
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- High level of competency with Microsoft office
