We are seeking individuals with a strong customer service background who are eager to advance their skills in a growing business within a unique market. This role offers the opportunity to transition from a call centre environment into a more client-focused, B2B position.
As a key member of the team, you will be the primary point of contact for general inquiries, order processing, and other specific requests, ensuring deadlines are met and delays are minimized. You'll play a crucial role in keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process, helping to maintain the company's excellent reputation.
