Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to play a strategic role within their organisation. This position acts as a bridge between the finance department and the property department, providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support decision making and drive the business forward with future capital investments. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £50,000-55,000 in the beautiful location of Bedfordshire
What you'll do:
- Conduct regular analysis on the feasibility of projects to identify trends, opportunities, and risks at a gross profit level.
- Prepare and present financial reports and performance metrics to key stakeholders.
- Prepare the capital expenditure forecast following the company's cash flow forecasting process.
- Work with project leads, Ops and Commercial Analysts to create extensive models for investment appraisals.
- Assess the performance of all capex projects and provide insightful analysis.
- Undertake ADHOC reporting & project work to support the business.
