Our client is one of the UK's leading renewable energy suppliers. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrician to Join their expanding renewables team in and around the Peterborough area.
Job description:
- Responsible for the installation and electrical wiring of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) on domestic properties.
- Willing to travel around the PE postal code areas to various projects.
- Conducting site assessments.
- Install all necessary components in line with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
- Wire and commission systems efficiently.
- Diagnose electrical faults and repair any issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Installation and wiring of Solar PV on domestic properties (training will be provided).
Person specification:
- Must be a fully qualified electrician with NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- Must have valid 18th edition electrical qualification.
- Strong electrical installation and maintenance knowledge.
- Valid 2391 Testing and Inspection qualification.
- Must have or be willing to do a basic DBS check before starting employment.
