Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Product Roadmap: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a Salesforce product strategy that drives business goals.
- Innovate and Prioritise: Identify and prioritise impactful features and enhancements to maximise efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with teams to ensure product goals align with broader business objectives.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of trends through competitive analysis, ensuring the product suite remains cutting-edge.
- Deliver Excellence: Work closely with the development team to ensure timely, high-quality releases, staying within budget.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Build strong relationships with customers and partners to gather feedback and improve the product experience.
