VACANCY: Installations Coordinator
LOCATION: Dukinfield
SALARY: £26,000 negotiable depending on experience
Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced coordinator who has previously dealt wth contractors / installers out onsites. The successful candidate will be working in a fast paced environment ensuring the customers are updated on the progress of their order and installation.
Duties:
- Coordinating multiple installation projects at anyone time
- Liaising with production on lead times
- Booking contractors and installers
- Liaising with the customer on lead times for installations
- Producing all relevant installation paperwork
- Uploading completed job sheets
- Updating customer information on the internal system
- Rescheduling installations where needed
- General day to day administration
