Your Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging drama lessons to secondary school students
- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression
- Choreograph and direct captivating performances
- Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement an inspiring arts curriculum
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Drama, Dance, or a related field
- A teaching qualification, e.g PGCE/QTS
- Prior experience teaching relevant subjects at secondary school level
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Passion for the arts and a genuine desire to inspire and motivate young learners
