Interim HR Business Partner

I am working with a fast paced, high growth client in Bristol who are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner to join them initially on a 3-month contract.

This is a project-based role to support with a major Change Project focusing on Re-Branding & Culture, as well as looking at Talent Management, Succession Planning, Organisational Design and Competency Frameworks.

This is a great opportunity to work for a for a highly commercial and innovative technology business who are in scale up mode with huge growth plans to double in size in the next 12 months!

Salary is up to £70'000 + benefits and the hybrid working model is 3 days per week in Bristol.

Reporting into the Chief People Officer you will act as a trusted partner to the business working closely with managers and employees around the change projects, ensuring they are engaged and on the journey with you!

Culture and empowering people to enjoy where they work is a huge focus for my client, as the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for driving culture change, as well as looking at process improvements around the employee lifecycle and overall employee experience.

This role will suit someone who has worked at both an operational and strategic level, has managed change projects, can work at pace and enjoys a challenge!
