Rate: £21.34ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £16.40ph PAYE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join our team, supporting two different Vehicle Line Directors. The Vehicle Line Directors are responsible for large business units which operate cross functionally and as such this is a critical role.
The team are looking for a real team player, someone who builds strong networks and likes getting 'stuck in'.
The role is critical to the smooth running of the business and requires a great level of flexibility and comes with a high level of responsibility.
Job Description:
The team are looking for a highly organised and dedicated individual, that lives the Creator Code values. You'll be experienced in managing calendars, prioritising key business activity, liaising with their first line, management of objectives, management and preparation of paperwork and follow up of actions, delivery on time and on quality of all tasks assigned to the Vehicle Line Director and their wider cross functional team.
Key Responsibilities will also include:
- Diary management and administration, including bookings and co-ordination.
- Management of the Enterprise Leaders and their first lines travel arrangements and supporting documentation.
- Attend team meetings as required, noting and following through on all actions until complete.
- Responsibility for compiling all daily files and approvals in a timely and quality manner.
- Creation and management of Enterprise Leader's expenses and approval of first line.
- Provide direction on priorities, to include supporting paperwork, deadlines etc. with recommendations.
- Manage emails and tasks until complete, prioritising and delegating where necessary, flagging up immediate and urgent concerns and acting accordingly.
- Represent the company to externals in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable fashion, either face-to-face, through written communication or in clear and concise manner by phone.
- Arrange team meetings/ town halls / away days as appropriate and directed to, adhering to company policy and procedures.
- Provide holiday cover for wider team as required.
Skills Required:
To be successful in this role you'll have the ability to deliver quality and consistency in a complex, highly demanding environment whilst being able to adapt style and behaviour when dealing with different people and circumstances both internally and externally.
Key Skills:
- Strong computer skills to include excel, word and PowerPoint etc.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to organise Director's tasks, to ensure objectives are met, making recommendations where appropriate.
- Strong project management capabilities with excellent execution skills and the ability to multitask.
A proactive approach, always looking ahead and ability to see beyond the short-term immediate tasks, providing recommendations and suggestions, looking at the bigger picture.

Additional Information:
3 days onsite minimum for this role.
