The Role:
As a Hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst, you'll play a dual role in driving project success and ensuring business needs are met. You'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects while also gathering and analysing requirements to help shape business strategies. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and translating business goals into actionable solutions that drive efficiency and value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in an ecommerce or digital environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with project management and analysis tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Magento, Shopify and Salesforce.
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment.
