Are you a Primary ECT looking to undertake your induction in a ‘Good' primary school from September 2024?

Requirements:

  • Completed- or completing- a PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • At least a bachelor's degree in education, or a related field.
  • A genuine passion for the education of young learners.
  • Understanding of the importance of safeguarding procedures.
  • Ability to build bonds with primary-aged children.

The Role

As a Primary ECT, you will be undertaking your induction alongside an experienced and nurturing headteacher and senior leadership team who will offer you support and guidance as you settle into your first permanent role. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons to pupils aged 4-11 and will monitor and assess progress and attainment to identify any additional learning needs. You will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment and will build strong bonds with pupils and staff to achieve this.
