Efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
Ensure accuracy in picking items and packaging them securely for shipment
Use scanning devices and inventory management systems to track orders and maintain inventory accuracy
Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment
Follow established safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work area
Assist with inventory counts and replenishment activities as needed
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
