The Company

Oxehealth is a global leader in contactless patient monitoring and management. We help clinicians to deliver safer, higher quality and more efficient care.

Our Oxevision platform uses computer vision, signal processing and machine learning to generate clinical insights that enable staff to plan patient care and to intervene proactively to help patients.

Our software includes the world's first medical device certification for the non-invasive measurement of pulse rate & breathing rate. It is comparably accurate to conventional contact medical devices, but it is completely contact-free. For this research, we were awarded the prestigious Colin Campbell Mitchell Award from the Royal Academy of Engineering, awarded to the group who "made the greatest contribution to the advancement of any field of engineering within the period of the last four years".

Oxehealth are headquartered at the Oxford Science Park based in Oxford (with onsite parking and access to public transport).

The Role

As a medical device manufacturer producing software which has access to sensitive patient information, we are committed to complying with relevant Medical Device and Privacy legislation. We prioritise Quality, Security and Privacy in our software and throughout the business and have achieved ISO certification to the 13485 Quality Management System, 27001 Information Security Management System and 27701 Privacy Information Management System standards.

The Compliance Analyst supports the Head of Data Privacy, Infosec & Contracts with key administrative tasks required to implement and maintain compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 13485 and GDPR.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the development and delivery of security, privacy and quality training programs for employees using a learning management system.
  • Help to ensure onboarding, refresher training and maintaining training records and reports.
  • Work with supplier owners to create records for new suppliers on the supplier register, as well as supporting with supplier reviews.
  • Work with the Senior Quality Officer to ensure validation and verification of tools is completed where this is required.
  • General maintenance of compliance documentation, policies and procedures as requested.
  • Support the team with follow-up on outstanding actions from management reviews, (e.g. risk registers, incident registers etc.).
  • Participate in the preparation for external audits and certification processes.

About you

Applicants for the Compliance Analyst role will have:

  • An undergraduate degree in business, law, cyber security, engineering or similar, or equivalent experience
  • Prior knowledge and understanding of GDPR.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills, coupled with a process driven mindset.
