Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships by ensuring smooth operational processes and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onsite Check-ins: Conduct regular onsite visits to client locations to ensure smooth operation and address any immediate concerns.
- Staff Attendance Management: Monitor and update staff attendance records to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Payroll: Oversee and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all assigned client accounts.
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and recruit candidates to meet client staffing needs.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Flexible Hours: Availability to work varied hours, with start times as early as 6am and finish times as late as 7pm, depending on client needs.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License: Candidates must possess a full UK driving license.
- Vehicle Access: Must have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
- Experience: Previous experience in account management, recruitment, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
