We are looking to recruit a Social work assistant based in Worcester.
The role is paying £16.00 per hour umbrella.
You will be required to work 35 hours per week.
Duties:
- Assist Social Workers in preparing case reports and coordinating case management.
- Provide direct service to clients including crisis intervention, advocacy, and counseling.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with clients to assess needs and determine appropriate actions or referrals.
- Participate in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events or community outreach programs.
- Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment.
Requirements:
- Nvq level 3 in Health and social care.
- DBS required.
