Position: One-to-One Learning Support Assistant
Location: Ellesmere Port Mainstream Primary School
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm (term time)
Start Date: September 2024
Role Overview:
As a One-to-One Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with a specific student, providing tailored support to meet their individual learning needs. Experience working with children or adults with diverse learning needs is considered advantageous for this role. The position offers a long-term, full-time commitment within a supportive environment.
The desirables:
- Experience working on a one-to-one basis with children or adults with additional needs.
- Strong knowledge of primary curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs of individual students.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, during term time (8.30am - 3.30pm).
The essentials:
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Oversea Police Clarence (if necessary) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover last 10 years of employment and education.
- Legal right to work in the UK
