As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to
- Go out to local businesses within the area promoting products and services that the company can offer them
- Price jobs up for clients
- Work closely with a small team, bringing on new ideas to make the business a success.
- Be proactive and confident in approaching people
- Manage your time and diary by being prepared and planning ahead.
- Potentially attend business showcase events to promote the business
- Generate and identify new leads
- Close sales down
- Managing accounts
- Maintaining customer relationships
Experience / Skillset required for this role
- Commercial cleaning background would be preferred
- MUST have a field sales background or similar
- Business Development and Account Management experience
- Driving Licence (no more than 3 points)
- Proven track record of achieving targets and generating sales
