The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of one year's experience in handling both portal and off-portal Employers Liability cases, including litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Employers Liability cases, demonstrating proficiency in both portal and off-portal matters.
- Manage litigated files, ensuring comprehensive and effective case handling.
- Take ownership of your own caseload, supported by a collaborative team and excellent guidance.
- Showcase the ability to independently manage cases from initiation to resolution.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of billing within the Personal Injury domain.
- Possess strong IT skills, essential for efficient case management and documentation.
