Procurement Reporting Analyst / Yeovil / £18.19 per hour
Support the Procurement Programme Specialist (PPS) team by gathering and reporting financial data using SAP. Collaborate with the Procurement function, Finance, and Programme Management to produce monthly and quarterly Contract Performance Reports. Based in Yeovil, our client is a leading aerospace and Defence organisation.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Use SAP and Excel to collate financial data into spreadsheets and Graphs
- Reporting: Produce Contract Performance Reports focusing on Non-Recurring Costs and recurring costs.
- Cost Tracking: Maintain cost trackers and monitor NRC milestones.
- Daily SAP Reports: Track Non-Recurring Costs requisitions and update cost trackers.
- Administrative Support: Assist with procurement activities and provide general support to the team.
Ideal person:
- Excellent Excel skills, V Look up, pivot tables
- SAP or equivalent experience
- Ability to work with very large data sets
- Work experience in a commercial environment
This is a 12 month temporary contract with the potential to extend,
