Our client, a leading Tech company at the forefront of the industry, is seeking a talented Cyber Security Consultant to join their team. As a Cyber Security Consultant, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding their clients' valuable assets against a wide range of cyber threats. Your expertise in Cyber Security, Cloud systems, and MITRE ATT&CK / STRIDE threat Modelling will be essential in ensuring the highest level of security for their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and analyse potential cyber risks and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security measures, policies, and procedures to protect client data and systems.
- Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning to identify potential weaknesses.
- Design and implement security solutions in cloud environments, ensuring the highest level of protection.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber threats and trends, making proactive recommendations to enhance security measures.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, assisting them in understanding and addressing their unique security challenges.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of security practises, sharing knowledge and best practises with the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cyber Security Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Cyber Security principles, best practises, and frameworks, including MITRE ATT&CK / STRIDE.
- Cloud Security - IaaS (AWS), PaaS (Salesforce) & SaaS
- Experience in implementing and managing security measures in cloud environments, such as AWS or Azure.
- Solid understanding of network security, encryption, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
