Are you a Payroll Administrator who is proficient in bank reconciliation looking for an exciting and stable role within a leading engineering group, where you will undertake a range of responsibilities with no two days will be the same, a great working environment and professional development?
This company is part of a group of companies that have been established for over 25 years designing and manufacturing bespoke engineering products. After significant backing, they are growing from strength to strength within the engineering sector and are looking to grow their finance department to manage the company finances within their companies.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, which includes managing payroll and bank reconciliations. You will oversee accounts and handle purchase invoices, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly. Additionally, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of the organization's financial functions.
This role would suit a Payroll Administrator with experience of bank reconciliation looking to work for a leading engineering group with a big variety of responsibility & a good working environment.
THE ROLE:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including payroll and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts and handle purchase invoices, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
- Undertake a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of the organization's financial functions
- Based in Stafford - 8am - 5pm Mon-Thurs, 8am-12pm Friday
THE PERSON:
- Payroll Administrator or similar
- Experience work bank reconciliations
- Commutable to Stafford
