The Role - Year 3 Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team full-time starting in September 2024. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about teaching and have a strong commitment to nurturing the educational and emotional development of children in this key stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Design and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students.
  • Assessment and Progress Tracking: Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and a love for learning.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the holistic development of each student.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and school-wide initiatives to continuously improve teaching practices.

Requirements For Year 3 teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching at the primary level, particularly in Key Stage 2.
  • A thorough understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Able to commute to Croydon
