We're working with an exceptional Legal 500 firm in the South West, ranked in 9 key practice areas, they've grown brilliantly over the last few years. Currently looking to add to their Risk and Best Practice team
This is a great opportunity to report directly into the Compliance Director, working across the firm to offer support, guidance and advice to manage risk and compliance.
Successful candidate will bring experience advising on regulatory and compliance matters in line with the SRA, to compliance and wider fee earners. You will have been in a compliance focused role within a law firm.
Day to Day:
- Analysing, complainnts and claims
- Undertake regulatory reviews and internal audits.
- Review and update the firms policies and procedures in line with SRA regulations
- Provide advice and training to new comers and existing fee earners across the bsusiness
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes.
