Snagging Project Manager
- Hourly Rate: £20.00 to £30.00
- Location: Lutterworth
- Job Type: Contract, Inside IR35 (Approximately 3 months)
- Working Hours: 37 to 40 hours per week
We are seeking an experienced construction professional to manage the snagging of a newly built, highly automated, warehouse and office building. This role involves a hybrid working arrangement and requires a keen eye for detail and strong project management skills.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Assess the work required on the snags already identified for the newly constructed site.
- Contact the relevant suppliers to arrange for replacements and repairs as needed.
- Manage the snagging process, ensuring all parties are coordinated and work is completed to a high standard.
- Check the work has been finished correctly and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on progress and any challenges encountered.
- Ensure all snagging activities are completed within the contract timeframe.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction project management, specifically in snagging or quality control.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with construction standards and building regulations.
- Competence in managing multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
