NLGV Van Driver
Monday - Friday: 06:00 start one week with a finish time of around 15:00 & then 14:00 -22:00 the following week. Min 8 hours per day
Pay Rate: £12.05 PER HOUR

Day to Day Duties
As a NLGV Van driver you will be required to:
- Complete your daily vehicle checks both before and after your shift
- Work as part of a two-person team
- You will be delivering furniture to customer's homes from the client's warehouse in Coatbridge
- You will leave the item you have delivered in the customer's room of choice
- You will be required to be flexible with start times as this role will be working one week with a 06.00 start time and the next week you will be starting between 12.00 and 14.00
The shifts rotate weekly
Essential Skills
As a NLGV Van driver, you must:
- Hold a valid UK Category B Driving Licence
- No more than six points on Driving Licence for minor infringements
- No DR or DD convictions can be accepted, due to client's insurance
- This can be a physically demanding role, so you must be prepared for heavy lifting
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in a physically demanding role would be an advantage but not essential
What training is provided?
- You will receive training which will involve manual handling training, and you will be partnered with an experienced member of staff for a minimum of one shift to learn the role and procedures
