Team Administrator Property

Posted by Connections The Recruitment Specialists.

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for property? Connections is proud to have partnered with an ambitious property development group to find a Team Administrator who will support their wider team and play a crucial role in their continued success.

Our client has an impressive track record, having delivered thousands of residential units with a focus on off-plan residential development. As part of their growing team, you'll be working alongside a dedicated group of professionals at their Altrincham head office - with onsite parking!

The Team Administrator role is both exciting and challenging, offering significant opportunities for career development.

You will provide key support by communicating with clients to ensure they are informed of the next steps in their conveyancing journey and by facilitating their sales progression. You will also liaise with solicitors to assist with conveyancing and troubleshoot issues, as well as work with mortgage brokers to ensure clients' mortgages progress within the required timescales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, managing incoming calls and email queries.
  • Assist in guiding clients through their journey, ensuring clear communication of next steps.
  • Liaise with external partners to facilitate processes and troubleshoot any challenges.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely progression of necessary procedures.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communications, providing regular updates.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accurate records.
  • Collaborate with associated partners to support team and client needs.
  • Manage diaries, organise meetings, and coordinate conference calls.
  • Maintain organised filing and archiving systems.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets to track progress and other key information.
  • Provide general administrative support, including printing, copying, and scanning.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong ability to provide high-level support both over the phone and in person. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience in property administration, financial services or a related field is highly desirable.

If you're looking for a rewarding role within a successful property development company and have the skills and enthusiasm to thrive as a Property Team Administrator, we'd love to hear from you.
