Main Duties:
As an Accounts Payable your main duties include:
- Processing purchase invoices from purchase orders, and raising discrepancies with suppliers
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Payment processing and allocation
- Assisting with key stakeholders in resolving queries
- Investigation of historic ledger balances
- Ad hoc duties as required
Location / Office / Culture
The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, primarily located in Redditch. Employees can expect to work in the office for one or two days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely from home on the remaining days. The company operates from a modern office and has a strong Finance Team. The department is fast-paced and constantly evolving, which may involve increased tasks.
