Payroll & Benefits Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits specialist to join our client in the Old Windsor area on an interim basis. In this role, you will look after all Payroll and Benefits management working in a friendly agile HR Team.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of success in a similar position, with working knowledge using ADP payroll.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll calculations, checks and processing for circa 300 employees
  • Understand tax codes (p11d, p45, p60)
  • Respond to all payroll related enquires
  • Collating yearly payroll calendar and communicating to all staff. Collating information for ADP
  • Update the Payroll Master spreadsheet with HR related changes- starters, leavers and changes and collect evidence for payroll folder Checking Monthly payroll and payroll calculations before final submission to ADP.
  • Benefits management and administration, liaising with managers to support benefits as required

What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record in a similar position
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and able to use VLOOKUP & Pivot tables
  • Genuine team player attitude
  • A results driven individual who is able to use their initiative to think outside the box
  • Excellent communication skills

Details:

Title: Payroll & Benefits Advisor

Salary: £23.10 per hour PAYE

Location: Offices located near Old Windsor, East Berkshire

Contract: Temporary - Ongoing

This is an office based role - 4-5 days per week.
