A growing full service eCommerce Agency - part of a globally renowned & award winning Network Agency group!

Based in central London - Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office. 4 weeks per year work from anywhere.

The Role:

This newly created position aims to advance and expand our Amazon initiatives. We seek a standout talent in the industry, capable of navigating the complex Ecommerce landscape and adept at guiding their team in managing Amazon accounts to deliver top-tier results for our clients. This strategic and client-facing role requires the ability to simplify intricate and rapidly changing concepts into actionable solutions. You will collaborate with the Ecommerce Strategy Partner to establish strategies for both new and existing clients, fostering our client partnerships to become their most trusted advisor, while also helping shape the direction of our growing team.

  • Serve as the senior client lead, fostering strong client relationships and driving innovation, while ensuring superior execution and delivery.
  • Lead Amazon strategy and planning, ensuring your team delivers best-in-class results.
  • Proactively mentor and develop an Amazon organic team, supporting their professional growth.
  • Partner to identify and pursue client growth opportunities, driving new commercial possibilities for clients and Group.
  • Oversee the development of Business Plans for clients, with key timelines and expected business outcomes.
  • Develop client Road Maps and collaborate with the Ecommerce Director to create Testing trackers for all clients.
  • Demonstrate and direct the use of appropriate tools to test hypotheses or gather information, enhancing team skills.
  • Establish clear measurement frameworks and set KPIs to evaluate plan effectiveness.
  • Contribute to new business pitches, briefing teams, gathering insights, and supporting strategy development.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Very strong operational knowledge of Amazon organic including Vendor and Seller Central, Content and knowledge of how paid and organic work together to drive overall business growth.
  • Strong client management experience
  • Previous direct line management experience
  • Highly analytcial, translating findings into commercial strategies
