Handyman required
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Location: Bristol
Rate of Pay: Dependent on experience
Venn Group are looking for a Handyman to work for a Housing Association in Kent
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Completing minor building, plumbing and other repairs
- Replacing window handles
- Adjusting door closers
- Clearing blocked wastes
- Carrying out health and safety checks
- Testing fire alarms
- Testing emergency lighting
- Visiting older people's homes to assist with rubbish and litter arrangements
- Supporting older residents with minor maintenance
- Carrying out lock changes
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in maintenance
