Our client based in County Durham are looking for experienced Retrofit Surveyors to work within domestic properties between Teesside and Berwick.
Job description:
- To produce a high quality PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessment in line with current accreditation guides.
- Have a general understanding of ECO and the requirements of ECO funding.
- Completing Energy Performance Reports.
- Completing ECO Surveys on domestic properties.
- To carry out surveys on loft and cavity wall insulation as and when required.
- To liaise with installation teams and customers on findings.
- Make recommendations based on assessment findings.
Person specification:
- Minimum of DEA Accreditation & PAS 2035 and Retrofit Assessment accreditation.
- Must have a full UK driving license.
- Must be qualified with one of the approved member bodies (Stroma, Elmhurst, ECMK etc).
- Strong technical knowledge of energy efficient measures.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexible, positive approach to work.
- Computer literate.
- Must have or be willing to provide a basic DBS check.
