Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead our Financial Reporting function within the Financial Reporting and Accounting team. This pivotal role involves managing a team of 7, producing Group financial statements, engaging with stakeholders, Audit Committee members, and the external auditor, as well as overseeing project management and month-end reporting.
Day to Day of the role:
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for statutory and month-end financial reporting.
- Ensure the production of accurate Group financial statements.
- Liaise effectively with stakeholders, Audit Committee members, and external auditors.
- Drive continuous process improvement to enhance the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of reporting.
- Manage and streamline month-end reporting processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA qualification with a strong background in group reporting under IFRS.
- Proven track record as a Financial Reporting Lead with team coaching and mentoring experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a solution-focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills, confident in stakeholder engagement.
- Experience within Financial Services is desirable but not essential.
