Service/Small works engineer
- Maintenance both security and fire – bias either way and would consider a strong candidate on one that is KEEN to learn the other.
- Must know/understand the standards to enable effective reporting and defect quotes for any non-conformance
- Must have a good understanding of monitoring – DualCom ideally.
- Be capable of small works – additional camera/detector, remedials from maintenance etc possibly small installs (wireless intruder etc)
- Assist with the training of apprentices/engineers
- Ability to Increase maintenance contracts (up selling to existing customers, possibly visiting commercial properties when in the area)
- Be part of on-call rota (currently 1 in 3)
£35-£40k Basic + OTE 10% of all sales (excluding consumables batteries etc)
Working hours 08.30-16.30
Call outs paid at 50% of customer charge (paid min £60 for 30min callout)
