Responsibilities:
- Use Telecare Standards Association Code Of Practise to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals. ?
- Monitor and respond to alarms from telecare equipment and provide appropriate assistance. ??
- Liaise with emergency services, care providers, and other relevant agencies as required. ??
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and actions taken. ??
- Provide a high level of customer service and support to service users and their families. ??
- Continuously assess and update personal knowledge of telecare technology. ??
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the service. ??
Requirements:
- Knowledge of telecare systems and equipment. ????
- Proficient in using Word, Outlook, Excel, and Jontek software. ??
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ????
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations. ??
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle. ??
